And Ruth Stamos, parents James William Talley and Rebecca Ann Talley, brother Thomas Earl Talley, and a nephew Nicholas Ryan Sokol. John was born in Petersburg VA on June 9, 1974, and grew up in Colonial Heights. He was a graduate of CHHS class of 1994 where he took culinary arts and fell in love with cooking.
